International orders are shipped via DHL and shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order value per the table below.

Please note we currently do not ship to Russia, Indonesia and Kuwait.

• We aim to process un-branded orders within 1 business day. Refer to our Same Day Order Dispatch promise below for more info.
• Delivery to you can take between 7-10 business days depending on your region. 
• You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped from Cargo Crew, so you can follow your order until it arrives at its destination.
• Please note, bulk orders that require branding will take longer, and delivery times may vary depending on your destination, customs and duties. You will be provided a timeframe with your quote and our team will advise when your order is ready to ship.
• Our deliveries can often arrive sooner than anticipated. Keep an eye on your tracking!

Shipping costs for Offline Orders with our Client Service team will be calculated & included in your quote.

Please be aware that we try to ship orders when all items are available to dispatch – rather than part shipping your order. This means that if your shopping cart contains a pre-order item, your order will be shipped in full only when the pre-order item becomes available.
