We hope you love your Cargo Crew uniforms, but if something isn't right you have 30 days to return your products from the date your order arrived to receive a full refund.
All Cargo Crew returns require a Return Authority ID number (RA number). Your return will not be processed without a valid RA number.
To obtain an RA number, fill out the Returns Form here with as much detail as possible & our team will be in touch as soon as possible.
Terms and Conditions of Returns
• Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Return postage costs will be at your expense unless items received are faulty or not as ordered. Please retain proof of postage (receipt) until refund is processed.
• Goods must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Worn, soiled or damaged garments will not be refunded.
• No returns or exchanges for change of mind on customized items and uniforms with personalized embroidery or screen printing.
• No returns or exchanges of Last Run (final sale) products
We will happily return items provided they meet our terms and conditions as outlined above.
Your RA number expires 10 days after being issued, so goods must be returned to Cargo Crew within this time.
Refunds will be issued back to the same payment method as the original purchase was made within 5 business days. Funds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your financial institution.
Cargo Crew reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of garment price if products are in particularly bad condition. This fee is to cover the cost of new packaging, steaming, refolding and in extreme cases, dry cleaning to return it to a sellable condition.
This Returns Policy (including the 30-day period for returns) does not, in any manner, restrict, exclude or modify any conditions, warranties, guarantees, undertakings and other legal rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws which cannot be restricted, modified or excluded.
