Case Study - Atura Hotels

A contemporary new look for a refreshing hotel experience

A vibrant hotel group across Australia and NZ, we were approached by Atura to refresh their uniforms as part of their brand evolution.

Brief and outcome

Our task was to create a clean and modern uniform that reflected Atura Hotels’ fundamental, consumer-first focus: simplicity.

To strike the perfect balance between simple and sophisticated, we opted for a sleek monochrome palette of black and white. From there, we carefully curated a signature uniform collection that fuses functionality and enduring quality with contemporary style.

Job function and scale

The team at Atura required a modern staff uniform across two job functions:

  • Front of House
  • Food & Beverage

Showcasing the Atura brand to guests from the moment they enter, The Front of House range elevates the team while maintaining a modern approachability. For the Atura Front of House team, we combined our Riviera Tees in Vanilla and Black with our Taylor Blazer in classic black for a look that’s sharp, comfortable and contemporary.

Food and beverage

The Atura Food & Beverage uniform mirrors Atura’s contemporary hotel experience.

Highlighting the polish - and effortlessly chic - power of black, our Boston apron, in black denim wash, gives the uniform a signature worn look to reflect a relaxed and welcoming tone. The range also includes our Riviera Tees in Vanilla and Black.

"A contemporary hotel brand like Atura required a contemporary uniform. We collaborated with the team at Cargo Crew to curate a uniform range that struck the perfect balance between simple and sophisticated. Cargo Crew make bringing a uniform range to life easy and rolling it out across multiple locations here in Australia and New Zealand seamless. I can’t recommend them enough."
