The Akidamy is an Early Learning School based in Perth, WA with a unique model centred around outstanding customer service, transparency & retaining amazing people.
The Akidamy wanted a uniform supplier for all the whole team – from the chef, cleaner, administrators, teachers, and educators. The childcare uniform brief was something unique, smart and professional, which is fresh and modern.
Of equal importance is that they were looking for a uniform partner that would take the time to understand their brand and the demographic of the families they serve. As they see their staff as the heart of the business, they really wanted Cargo Crew to listened to the staff’s feedback around comfort and the practicality of wearing certain pieces.
We worked hand in hand to develop a unique and smart apparel solution that the whole team are proud to wear, that's highly functional, well designed and solution based for the school and staff.
We created a multi piece uniform solution utilising a navy base colour pallete with layering pieces for a trans-seasonal uniform. Our Smith Oxford Shirts & Shirtdress in navy give breathability and a smart button up collar, ideal for laying with our Crew Knits Cardigans.
Two collar-less options in our 100% cotton Will Shirt and Margot Blouse, brings a modern edge and further variety to their daily uniform.
Taylor Pant & Chino Skirt options give versatility to the team and adding their own accessories brings their individual personalities to their uniform which was an important part of the brief. The team are united with beautiful logo embroidery that is consistent while also making them easily identifiable to kids and parents.
Play time & meals can get messy, so we brought pops of colour and individuality with our Boston Colour Pop Aprons. Not only functional and comfortable, the Aprons bring fun & variety to their day.
